Here is what i've done for my son yesterday, as the sun is finally out in Paris ! That is the occasion to participate to a challenge on this french website : Sewing in the city. The challenge is about recycling. Therefore, I used black silk from an old dress of mine and some denim from old trousers. It should'nt last very long though as it is close-fitting… And my son's head is growing very fast !! That's will be the occasion to do it again and improve the pattern.

Voici ce que j'ai fait pour mon fils hier, étant donné que le soleil pointe enfin le bout de son nez à Paris ! C'est aussi l'occasion de participer au défi du site Sewing in the city. Il consiste à faire du recyclage, faire du neuf avec du vieux quoi ! J'ai donc utilisé une vieille robe en soie noire et une jambe d'un vieux jean troué. Ce chapeau ne devrait cependant pas durer tout l'été car il est très ajusté et la tête de mon fiston grossis très vite ! Ce sera l'occasion d'en refaire un autre et d'améliorer le patron.
